Public Grievance and Redressal (PGR)
The PGR system tracks citizen complaints through internet, phone or paper-form, and redressal officers are assigned to solve the problem. This system not only helps redress individual citizen complaints, it also shows trends and pattern on the type and location of problems across the city through pie-charts and GIS reports.

Objectives :
  • PGR cell is maintained by an NGO 24/7 appointed by the ULB.
  • PGR is a system that enables citizens to register their complaints/suggestions with their ULB
  • Easy to register complaints and track the complaint through its lifecycle.
  • Multiple access channels - Internet, Phone, Email and Paper Form.
  • Productivity tools in the form of auto-assignment, complaint-forwarding, auto-escalation etc for the administration officials to improve complaint redressal rates.
  • Citizen-friendly reports with GIS.
